Abstract

2D IR spectroscopy is used to probe the thermal unfolding of trpzip2 and PG-12, two β-hairpin peptides. The transient thermal unfolding of PG-12 is investigated with dispersed vibrational echo spectroscopy following a nanosecond temperature jump.
