Abstract

Previously we reported that the OH torsions of alcohols and the NH2 torsions of primary amines give rise to relatively intense characteristic bands in the low frequency infrared spectra of these molecules in dilute cyclohexane solutions. We now report the results of our studies of N-NH2 torsions of unsymmetrical hydrazines [Equation].
