Transparency and Reproducibility

To support the publication of transparent and reproducible research in scientific journals, you may be asked to use standard reporting guidelines specific to the nature of your research when preparing and submitting your manuscript.

Reporting guidelines, such as those from the Equator Network, are developed by experts in a field as a tool to help authors, editors, reviewers, and other stakeholders maintain minimum standards for the reporting in articles published in scientific journals in that field. They may include a checklist, flow chart, or structured text within the manuscript.
