Abstract
A 13 electrodes bimorph mirror has been developped by Laserdot in cooperation with the university of Hawaii. Such a mirror is a very simple device2 roughly consisting in 2 PZT plates bonded together. We present in this summary the mirror as well as its main optical and mechanical characteristics.
