Abstract
Wavelength tunable distributed feedback (DFB) lasers in the visible emission range are of great interest for the application as single-mode light sources for optical memories [1] and for the atomic absorption spectroscopy. In both cases stable single mode emission and a wide range tunability of the lasers are required.
