Abstract

The internal dynamics of Nd: YAG lasers permits to obtain pulsed (Q-switched, mode-locked) and quasi-CW regimes of generation, as well as CW generation. For the realization of the quasi-CW generation regime acousto-optical(AO) Q-switches are widely used.
