Abstract
In this paper, we design arrays of chiral thin film resonators polygonally aligned and illuminated by a linear, p-polarized plane wave incident normally on the array thin films. Each such thin film is analyzed by evaluating the corresponding mode spectra under variable chirality coefficients, thin film thickness, resonator length, and substrate placement conditions as a function of the (monochromatic) mode frequency. The goal is to optimize the effective transmitted mode intensity in the visible range corresponding to wide - and narrowband spectra.
