Effect of Saturable Absorber on Phase Conjugation from Liquids

Abstract

In the course of investigation of phase conjugative properties of organic liquids (about 30 of them and of different functional groups) by stimulated scattering under pulsed laser excitation, we found that the forward wave and the phase conjugated wave both undergo Raman Shifting for a host of liquids. The reflectivity of the PC generally showed decreasing trend for excitation by shorter wavelengths (see preceding paper).
