Abstract
The young mature eye model with a gradient-index crystalline lens can easily be scaled to examine its properties at various levels of accommodation. We examined this model with both spherical and aspherical lens surfaces for spherical aberration and astigmatism at various accommodative levels. The results are compared with those of the other eye models and clinical experimental results. Good agreement with the clinical results has been obtained.
