Bidirectional Interconnected Star Coupler Network for Multimedia Communications

Abstract

A new network is proposed in which two separated channels are formed by WDM. The first and the second channel are operated under CSMA/CD and TDMA protocol, respectively. Access request to TDMA controller is transmitted through the first channel.
