Broadband Absorption Coating for Large- curvature Surfaces by Atomic Layer Deposition

Abstract

ALD technique is put forward to achieve the broadband absorption coating covering large-curvature surfaces, which can achieve a high absorption (>99%) from 400 to 780nm, with good angular tolerance and uniformity.
