Optical Modelling of MAE textured Nanoporous Silicon

Abstract

We present a detailed experimental and numerical study of MAE-textured nanoporous silicon. We use a modified RCWA method to model the antireflection and light-trapping properties, and compare optical and passivation performance of different textures.
