Abstract

A laser produced plasma x-ray source has a 150 to 350 microns in diameter, while the mask for a ringfield camera is an arc 1 to 5 mm wide and 50 to 150 mm long. This is a gross mismatch - the strip is too small in the scanning direction and too large in the transverse direction.
