Complementary WO3/ Electrolyte/V2O5 Solid-state Electrochromic Device Deposited with Radio Frequency Magnetron Sputtering

Abstract

Nonorganic thin films were prepared by RF magnetron sputtering, and vanadium pentoxide (V2O5) was used as an auxiliary discoloration layer. Then, they are applied to ITO/WO3/(LiClO4+PC)+PMMA/V2O5/ITO all solid-state complementary electrochromic device.
